Return Eligibility

We accept returns on all NOXZ products within 30 days of the delivery date, provided the following conditions are met:

  • Item is in original condition and packaging
  • Item has not been washed or heavily used
  • Return request is submitted within 30 days of delivery

Refund Details

All approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to a fault or error on our part.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at hello@getnoxz.shop within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you — immediately.
